Refund policy
30 days from the date of purchase, items may be returned hassle-free. To initiate a return, do the following:
- Login to your account
- Click the order that you wish to submit for return.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items you intend to return.
- Select a return reason.
- Click Request Return.
A 20% shipping fee will apply from the original purchase price and will be calculated against the refund to the original purchase method. The refund will not include any initial shipping charges on the order. All items marked clearance, final sale, or special order on the sales receipt or product pages are not eligible for return and refund. The shipping fee will not apply to items that were not shipped. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new/resellable condition. The shipping fee will be waived for customers exchanging products (applies to the first exchange only).
Order Cancellation
We can only cancel orders that have not shipped. Once an order is shipped, it is subject to our standard Return Policy. Refused packages are subject to the cost of return shipping to our facility and deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We at CorLiving take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Within 30 days of delivery:
- Complete our Parts Request Form immediately.
- We'll send replacement parts free of charge.
- After 30 days of delivery:
- Complete our Parts Request Form
- A shipping fee may apply for replacement parts.
- If you prefer to return the item:
- Our standard return policy applies with a 20% reshipping fee.
Lost / Stolen Items
We prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your order. However, please be advised that once an item is delivered and left at the specified delivery address, CorLiving cannot be held responsible for any post-delivery loss or theft. Please ensure you provide a secure drop-off point or are present to receive your items to ensure their safety.
