Returns and Exchange Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase, providing your item is in new and unused condition with all contents in its original packaging. Some additional conditions apply: items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance Item”, or product that has been damaged or is incomplete in any way are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, call our Customer Service team at 1-800-474-6710 for further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs associated with a return. If you wish to ship your item back to us using one of our trusted carriers, please let us know! We will arrange everything and shipping costs will then be deducted from your refund once processed. You are also welcome to arrange your own shipping with a carrier of your choice. Once your return item has been received, inspected, and there is no damage, we will provide a full refund (less any return shipping costs incurred) to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in the packing of our products. However in the rare instance an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can have replacement parts sent to you free of charge. You may also fill out our Request Replacement Parts form online.
