How do I buy?

Our online store makes it easier for you to shop from the comfort of your own home! Or you can shop the full catalogue (PLUS in-store exclusives) at our store in Phoenix, located at  705 S 94 Ave, Tolleson, AZ 85353

Why are your prices so low? 

We are a genuine wholesaler and sell to many retailers in North America, and now sell direct to you! With our outlet center being a “true” outlet center, we sell many last items, special buys, obsolete, returned and scratch & dent items in-store at far below the retail price... which means even bigger savings for you!

What are your shipping options? 

We offer FREE shipping in the US on online orders! (Some areas are excluded)

Most metropolitan and surrounding areas within the United States are eligible for free shipping. Outside of these eligible free-shipping areas are subject to additional shipping charges that will be calculated at checkout.

In-store purchases do not qualify for free shipping/delivery.

I’m not sure if I live in an area eligible for free shipping. Can I calculate possible shipping rates before I place my order?

You sure can! After adding your item to the cart, click the "Calculate shipping" button - you will be directed to a new page for you to choose the State and Zip Code where you would like your order shipped. Click "Calculate Shipping" button to return shipping rates (if any) for your area.

I live in the Phoenix area. Can I pick up my order?

Of course! You can pick it up at our warehouse located at 705 S 94 Ave, Tolleson, AZ 85353 between the hours of 7am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday. Choose the "In-Store Pick Up" shipping option. Your order can be picked up during our regular store hours.

The item I want to buy is out of stock… how can I buy it?

I want to purchase an item, but in a different color than what you offer. Can I order it in a custom color not shown?

Although many items come in many color options, we only sell what we stock. Please email us at support@corliving.com or browse our online store for what color options are available to you. 

Why doesn't my item look exactly like what is pictured online?

All our products are subject to minor manufacturer changes, modifications, and/or improvements that may result in your product not looking exactly as illustrated. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but promise your product is made with the same (if not better!) quality, due care and attention.

I purchased an item under 30 days ago, and it is now listed at a lower price.

As part of our 30-Day Price Drop Guarantee, if our price drops within 30 days of the date it was purchased, we'll refund you the difference! Please email us at support@corliving.com and we will get back to your as soon as possible.

Please note that our 30-Day Price Drop Guarantee is not valid on scratch & dent, defective, clearance or obsolete, discontinued, one-off or last-of-it items.

Our 30-Day Price Drop Guarantee for in-store price drop is subject to items purchased in-store only. Online/web-store price drop is subject to items purchased online at www.corliving.com only. Unfortunately at this time we do not price match.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?

We are so sorry the item you received was not 100%. Please contact us at support@corliving.com and fill out replacement parts form so we can send you what you need so you can start enjoying your purchase asap. If you wish to return that item and not receive the replaced damaged part, then please email us so we can issue an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and provide further instructions.
